Yes. A deposit is needed to secure all session bookings. Under no circumstances will a booking be confirmed without a deposit. If a deposit has not been received, your session is not confirmed.

Where possible, it is best to avoid waiting in the hotel reception area until your scheduled appointment time. If lift access requires a key card, I will personally come down to meet you.
